Quanto provides AI agents designed for accounting firms to automate client discovery, qualification, booking, and onboarding, including QuickBooks integration and diagnostic insights to improve pricing and margins. It focuses on automating the entire client journey from finding ideal clients to onboarding them into the firm’s systems.
Quanto connects to a firm’s QuickBooks, CRM, and practice management software to automatically identify ideal clients, qualify them, and book discovery calls. It performs a QuickBooks diagnostic to show engagement-worthiness, provides a pricing range based on actual work, and executes automated onboarding workflows (bank connections, categorization, reconciliations, and month-end close) after a client signs. It includes integrations with QuickBooks and other existing tools, and presents a diagnostic report and health score before engagement.

👋 Hey! Quanto is the AI workforce for accounting firms to scale revenue and margins. Quanto started as a bookkeeping and accounting practice that scaled to 40 customers in just 6 months with only one accountant (me) by leveraging off-the-shelf AI tooling. This gave us a front-row seat to the pain points of bookkeeping and the challenges of running a firm. This is what has allowed us to build the platform solution for accounting firms directly to solve their capacity problems. Before Quanto, I spent worked in financial services as a CPA across the UNDP, CPP Investments, Scotiabank, and KPMG. I am grateful to be the first in my family to attend college. My thesis at Harvard explored the impact of financial education on social mobility an area deeply inspired by my parents' journey as refugees from Sri Lanka. I also completed my MBA at Oxford, experiencing my childhood dream of attending Hogwarts.
