Miraka provides live clinician-led cardiac care delivered to patients' homes with real-time monitoring to detect risks early and escalate to targeted treatments. The service centers on continuous cardiac data tracking and adaptive care from a dedicated team to reduce hospital readmissions.

Miraka monitors vitals such as heart rhythm, blood oxygen, and blood pressure in real time and responds instantly when shifts are detected. The care program is delivered from referrals, involves continuous at-home monitoring, and adapts the care plan with personalized exercise therapies and vital medication adjustments as needed, all aiming to keep patients out of the ER and reduce 30-day readmissions.
