The product transcribes phone calls and consultations in the user’s preferred style, integrates with existing workflows, and provides an AI copilot (VetsGPT) that offers note export, templates customization, and 24/7 support assistants to handle calls and messages. It emphasizes device-agnostic access, GDPR compliance, and secure data handling, enabling Vets to access, edit, and export notes across devices with a dashboard to monitor usage and team activity.
