AI Supply Chain Manager for CPG
Spherecast is building Agnes, the AI Supply Chain Manager for Consumer Goods. Agnes decides what to produce, where to make it, and how to move it through factories, warehouses, and channels βΒ simulating thousands of options in seconds and executing the best plan. We are building Agnes to shape the physical flow of goods in the world, turning it into something as programmable as code. When we succeed, every consumer product you touch will run on the Spherecast stack β planned in the Spherecast OS, executed over Spherecast Rails, and optimized by the shared Spherecast Network. Oracle turned atoms into bits. Spherecast turns bits back to atoms, but globally optimized. Be part of the next $T company.
Spherecast offers an AI-driven supply chain management platform for omnichannel CPG brands that aims to replace spreadsheets and manual headcount with automated planning, simulation, and execution. The product focuses on unified forecasting, visibility, and autonomous actions across POs, transfers, and production, with ERP/data-warehouse integrations and an AI baseline forecast plus human overrides.
Spherecast connects to your data sources, loads sales, inventory, purchase and transfer orders, and supplier information. It visualizes and maps the supply chain within Spherecast, including manufacturers, raw materials, suppliers, and channel dependencies. The AI engine creates automatic baseline forecasts, allows adjustments, and generates optimal actions for the supply chain. It enables what-if analysis in plain English, flags supplier/co-man updates, and automatically updates the ERP. The platform emphasizes a single forecast view, cross-functional consensus, and an execution-ready plan, optimized POs and allocations, and proactive recommendations for supply exceptions. Implementation typically follows a sandbox-driven onboarding, data connection within one call, and a two-to-three week rollout. Pricing is described as a straightforward SaaS fee with a 30-day money-back guarantee after onboarding and a free trial.
Who itβs for: Omni-channel CPG brands seeking integrated planning, visibility, and execution across purchases, transfers, and production; teams involving sales, finance, marketing, and operations.
mentions of backing by Y Combinator, onboarding sandbox, and client testimonials; active product demo/launch content and blog indicate traction and funding association.
Leon is the Co-founder and CEO of Spherecast (S24). He has worked in supply chain and logistics planning twice (aviation and e-commerce) and is now doubling down on the problem space with Spherecast. He has a background in Information Systems from the Technical University of Munich and Technology Management from CDTM. Besides that, he loves playing basketball.
Paul always wanted to work on his own projects. After building some small apps as side projects, he co-founded a software agency alongside his studies and scaled it to multiple 100k in total revenue. This helped him sharpen his skill set in full-stack development, design, and entrepreneurship. Now at Spherecast, he's responsible for building a product our customers love.
Growing up with an affinity for building, he developed a passion for the intersection of operations, machine learning, and optimization. From building robotics automation at Deadalus (YC W20) to completing his academic research with a focus on non-linear optimization at British Columbia, these experiences led him to pursue his passion as the CTO of Spherecast
