To help bigger companies move at startup speed. TeamOS facilitates day-to-day coordination, collects data on how teams depend on others, and combines it with data from existing collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Github, calendars, etc.) in a single knowledge graph. This enables its AI consultants to learn and recommend what to change in teams, processes, ownership or priorities to eliminate collaboration bottlenecks. We make continuous improvement inevitable.

Spent 7 years at Spotify helping them win the streaming wars against Apple and YouTube, where I led the creation of our company-wide Knowledge Graph and transformed Search with LLMs while our systems scaled to billions of lookups per second. I'm a repeat founder who's been coding for 20 years (and still love it), and I've got a knack for attracting extraordinary talent and building teams that deliver.
