In our first year, we’ve onboarded 50 fast-growing e-commerce brands and have added as much as 14% in incremental revenue to their bottom lines. In March, we generated $597,000 dollars in payments. OneText enables text-to-buy capabilities to drive ecommerce revenue, offering two-way SMS interactions, AI-driven replies, and live concierge support to convert shoppers via text messages. The product allows merchants to send campaigns and automations that shoppers can reply to and buy from with a single text. It integrates with marketing lists and platforms like Klaviyo, Sendlane, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Shoppers can text to buy, access AI smart replies, and receive product recommendations; orders sync to Shopify, WooCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and payments can be accepted via PayPal, Stripe, Maverick, or Authorize.net. Additional features include live concierge support, two-way texting, and automation for campaigns, cart recovery, quizzes, QR codes, pre-sales, and winbacks. The solution promises measurable results such as increased revenue per campaign and higher conversion through conversational sales and automation.
