Juicy marbles makes thick juicy and marbled plant based steaks.
We are food-tech company. We developed proprietary protein texturing technology that enables us to produce plant-based whole cuts. Our vision is to produce a variety of meat products and match animal derived counterparts by taste, price and convenience. We want to accelerate transition of meat industry into a more sustainable future - by 2030 we want to cut meat consumption in half.
Juicy Marbles offers plant-based, unseasoned whole-cut meats that emulate traditional center-cut steaks and other meat-like products. The brand markets thick, juicy, protein-rich plant meats designed for main-course meals and special occasions. They emphasize nutrition (iron, B12, fiber) and versatility for home cooking.
Products are unseasoned, thick-cut, whole-cut plant-based meats that behave like raw meat and are designed to be cooked at home. They include items such as Thick-Cut Filet, Baby Ribs, Whole-Cut Loin, Meaty Meat Pork-ish, Meaty Meat Lamb-ish, Kinda Salmon, and Kinda Cod. The site highlights that these cuts are unseasoned, nutrient-dense, and suitable for a variety of recipes, aiming to replicate traditional meat centerpieces for meals and occasions. Pricing is shown per product with on-sale and regular prices.
Who it’s for: Home cooks and meat-eaters seeking plant-based whole-cut alternatives for center-of-the-plate meals, special occasions, entertaining, or protein-focused diets.

Biotechnologist by education, but I specialize in protein processing and texture development for plant-based products. I have a great passion for crafting delicious, innovative foods - I see food as a scientific experiment that can be eaten. Before co-founding Juicy marbles I was working on a variety of hardware projects, from precision farming robots, to inexpensive lab equipment - that experience became quite handy, when we were developing a machine for texturing protein into steaks.
