The product offers an AI Agent that autonomously navigates insurer IVR systems, speaks with live representatives, and completes benefits verifications, prior authorizations, and claim status checks. It can perform calls, follow up on denials, and return structured results (including rep name, reference numbers, call end time, transcripts, and recordings) through an API or web portal. An AI Copilot can wait on hold and transfer the call to staff, with ongoing normalization and validation of data against historical results to identify inconsistencies. Pricing is based on request complexity, urgency, and monthly volume, with volume-based discounts available. Completion times vary by urgency (non-urgent typically 1–2 days, urgent same-day).
