Personalized prevention using genetics and AI
We're building the HaploHub: a SaaS platform for genetic testing labs, concierge medical practices, and payer/providers to: * predict disease risk for their patients based on proprietary or publicly available genetic models * securely host, manage, and interrogate the genetic data of their population * generate reports and run the most common inference algorithms (phasing, imputation, ibd, etc.) without writing code
Haplotype Labs offers a SaaS platform centered on population genetics, using polygenic risk models to predict, detect, and prevent disease while aiming to reduce sequencing costs and simplify software pipelines.
A SaaS technology platform focused on advanced population genetics. It provides polygenic risk models to predict disease risk, detect conditions, and support prevention. The product aims to simplify analysts' workflows and reduce sequencing costs by eliminating bespoke software pipelines, delivering streamlined, scalable genetics insights through a cloud-based service.
Who it’s for: Healthcare organizations and biomedicine teams seeking population genetics insights, disease risk prediction, and cost reductions in sequencing workflows; researchers and clinicians needing a simplified software pipeline for genetics analytics.
Mike is the founder of Haplotype Labs. Previously, Mike served as the VP & Chief Architect at 23andMe. Mike's tenure at 23andMe spanned a 15+ year category-defining journey from Series A through IPO. Prior to 23andMe, Mike was an early engineer at Salesforce.com and developed technology at Merrill Lynch. Mike holds a BS in CS from Cornell, a MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford, and multiple patents related to cloud computing, security, genetics, and machine learning.
Our product, the HaploHub, makes the world's best genetic risk models available to precision prevention programs, clinical trials, and genetic testing labs using any laboratory, microarray or next generation sequencing technology.
Haplotype Labs launches HaploHub, a SaaS platform for genetic testing labs, concierge practices, clinical trials, and payers to deploy and manage AI models that use genetics to predict and prevent disease. It enables hosting genetic data, running common inference algorithms without coding, using 4000+ models across assays, and reducing sequencing costs via low-pass sequencing.
