AI-voice agents that are indistinguishable from humans.
Marr Labs is making AI-voice agents that are indistinguishable from humans. Han and Dave previously created speech tech company Vlingo that powered the first Siri app and was acquired for $225M. Now they are taking voice to the next level by making AI-voice agents that can handle virtually any phone-based job, from answering calls to schedule appointments to call center sales and support jobs—all at a fraction of the cost of a human agent. In the US alone, businesses handle 17 billion calls a year at an average cost of $5 per call–an $85 billion addressable market.
Marr Labs provides AI voice and messaging agents designed for compliant, auditable customer interactions across regulated industries. The platform acts as a single operating layer that handles end-to-end engagement with built-in compliance and governance features.
Marr Labs offers an AI operating layer that automates voice, messaging, and workflow across inbound/outbound interactions. Key components include: voice and chat engagement with structured data capture and intent qualification; document intelligence for intake and document extraction; intelligent workflow orchestration across multi-step processes; real-time compliance enforcement embedded inside conversations; enterprise integrations with CRMs, core systems (LOS, policy admin, EHR), and telephony; dashboards for operational metrics; and secure data handling with a closed-loop data ecosystem. The platform supports industry-specific requirements (HIPAA, TCPA, CFPB, fair lending, OCC/FDIC) and integrates without rip-and-replace into existing stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, LOS/policy systems, telephony).
Who it’s for: Enterprises and contact centers in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, mortgage, insurance, and banking that require compliant, auditable customer interactions and integration with existing stacks.
