All services are accessible via regular phone call (no special technology required) and all service providers are vetted & screened. Users call a single number to request services such as rides, grocery delivery, meal delivery, prescription delivery, and home services. GoGo coordinates the service through partner platforms (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart), monitors trips, communicates special needs to drivers, and provides safety follow-ups.
