The product is a Car Wash POS + CRM system with built-in CRM to track customers, license plate recognition (LPR) integration, automated upselling based on wash history, and employee-level sales tracking. It offers marketing ROI reports, absorption of customer data from transactions, and integrations (including SpotAI) to analyze operations. The system records each vehicle, wash history, and sales activity, enables customized pitches for memberships, and provides reports on channel spend and ROI for marketing efforts.
