Hello! I'm Richard Foge. I've been making games professionally since the mid-90s on a range of hardware from arcade cabinets to modern consoles. I have managed to contribute to a diverse set of genres from racing (Jet Moto 3, Road Rash 64, and Kinetica)—shooters (Socom: FireTeam Bravo 1 & 2)—MMOs (Guild Wars 1 & 2)—and third-person action games (God of War 1 and State of Decay 1 & 2). This wide array of experiences has done a solid job of preparing me for the crazy range of projects that we are working on now at 2weeks, which are far and away the most exciting games I've ever worked on. My favorite game serieses of all time are Monster Hunter, Diablo, Conquest of Elysium, and Dominions. When I'm not working on games, I am working on games. It's pretty much all I do. I am not a very exciting person. Fun fact: If you don't like QTEs you can direct at least some of your ire towards me. They had definitely been in plenty of games before, but my work in GoW popularized them and contributed a lot to their proliferation. Sorry, not sorry.
