Unsaddl provides education benefits and leave of absence management for employers. It enables design of education benefit plans, enrollment by employees, and integration with payroll/HRIS to support student loan contributions, tuition reimbursement, and 529 plan contributions.
Create a tailored education benefits plan, sync the employee roster via SFTP or CSV, and have employees enroll through an Employer Dashboard. The platform handles verification, approvals, and payments, with connections to Payroll and HRIS for seamless administration of student loan contributions, tuition reimbursement, and 529 plan contributions. Employers can contribute directly, employees can contribute, and the system supports tax treatment notes (nontaxable income up to $5,250 annually) within the education benefits workflow.
