Trigo is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) that provides this missing rent data set through a real-time API and web application. It offers an easily integrable API, customizable embeds, and exportable reports, including prior address data and dispute resolution tooling. Pricing per applicant starts at $12.99, with multiple plan tiers (Simple/Plus/Premium/Advanced) that include web app features, reporting, and property management software integration where supported.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA. Currently based in New York City. Sam has a B.A. in Government from Harvard.
AmazonAbe built Trigo (YC W23), the first API for consumer rent data. Trigo was acquired by Snappt in August 2025. Abe is currently building an open-source ChatGPT App framework and MCP App framework at sunpeak.ai Before Trigo, Abe built AI adtech systems at Amazon. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
