The AI Claims Workbench automating insurance claims
At Stream, we’re on a mission to modernize the insurance industry. Our product—the Stream AI Claims Workbench—uses custom AI agents to turn a constant stream of PDFs into automated workflows and high-value signals. This helps claims teams focus on the human work—getting people the medical treatment they need and the benefits they’re owed—while reducing costs for insurance companies.
Stream is an AI platform designed for modern insurance claims teams, providing a structured, audit-ready view of all claim data to reduce leakage and support evidence-based decision-making. It delivers cross-referenced insights, one-click settlement analyses, and integration options for enterprise claim workflows.
Stream ingests medical records, demand packages, correspondence, and bills into a single structured, dynamic claim view. It cross-references the full claim record set to surface inconsistencies and risk indicators, with all data points traced to their sources for auditability. The platform generates settlement analyses, reserve recommendations, and IME packets from the structured claim data and can deliver directly into existing systems. It supports standalone operation or core system integration via API, batch SFTP, or core integrations, and emphasizes single-tenant data isolation and enterprise-grade security.
Who it’s for: Large insurance carriers and enterprise claims teams handling billions in exposure

Automating claim adjuster workflows and producing better claim outcomes
Stream automates high-touch workflows in commercial workers’ compensation claims, saving adjusters time by handling calls, faxes, and note entry, and provides real-time status updates to injured workers. The platform aims to reduce manual work and improve claim outcomes for insurers and patients.
