Stellar Sleep uses psychology to help these people break the insomnia cycle.
Stellar Sleep offers a CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) app designed to help people with chronic insomnia sleep better using psychology. It emphasizes a personalized program, clinician involvement via patient referrals, and clinically-grounded techniques with rapid results.
Users take a free insomnia quiz to assess factors affecting sleep, then receive a personalized CBT-I program built around behavioral therapy techniques (e.g., sleep restriction, paradoxical intentions, cognitive restructuring, sleep anxiety). The program is designed to be used in as little as 10 minutes per day and aims to deliver clinically meaningful improvements within about 2 weeks. The app delivers a structured, psychology-based sleep plan and ongoing tools to address root causes of insomnia, with options to refer patients to clinicians.
