Second provides bots that set up web applications, add common features (e.g., authentication, dashboards, CRUD forms), upgrade libraries, and keep projects up to date. The bots operate in the cloud via a GitHub install and deliver changes as Git pull requests, aiming to reduce boilerplate work for human developers.
