Roxels provides founder-level assistance at scale, guiding and sometimes performing onboarding and setup workflows for customers. It offers voice-enabled, real-time observation of the user’s screen and interaction, delivering structured output for backend integration.

Roxels enables sessions where a human-level assistant guides users via voice in any language, observes the user’s screen in real time, and can complete steps for the user or accompany them through the process. Sessions are configured with goals and context, and deliver structured outputs (summaries, checklists, completed forms, configuration records, or tickets) via webhook to the backend. It requires no installation for the user, works through a link in the browser, and supports either guided interactions or full delegation of the flow. Output can be delivered directly to backend via webhook or as human-readable documentation; the AI adapts to user input and screen content and can customize questions and knowledge scope per session.
