Our two live products serve 50+ customers including Public Storage: Beacon automates site selection for developers, and Primer extracts financial data from deal packages into structured, model-ready formats, cutting hours of analyst work to minutes. We're expanding across asset classes to become the operating system for CRE dealmaking.
PropRise is an AI platform designed for institutional commercial real estate (CRE) investment teams to source deals and underwrite with traceable, defensible data. It offers two systems, Primer and Beacon, to convert documents into underwriting data and surface opportunities across markets, backed by YC, General Catalyst, and MetaProp.
Primer turns deal documents (OM, rent roll, T-12) into a source-linked underwriting model, reading every page, reconciling data from multiple sources, and populating an Excel model with citations back to original documents. It supports cell-level audit trails, source-cited cells, and a mapped chart of accounts that applies to every deal. Beacon analyzes 450,000 trade areas to surface hotspots that match buy-box criteria, with features like hotspot detection, buy-box matching, and saved search alerts. Outputs are fully traceable with citations and audit trails; data is stored in isolated environments to prevent cross-client visibility; onboarding claims delivery within two business days.
