Smartwatch powered coaching to improve teams sustainable performance
PeakPath is a service that helps enterprises improve team performance and employee retention. We pair each employee with an online coach and use smart watch data to improve their physical and mental health.
PeakPath offers performance coaching for professionals and organizations powered by biometric data from wearables. It combines personalized coaching, wearable insights, and habit-building to improve cognitive performance and wellbeing within large enterprises, professional services firms, and PE-backed companies.
Users complete a self-assessment and pair a wearable (e.g., Oura ring) to collect biometric data on sleep and stress. A coach is matched to the user to review data and create a personalized plan with goals and habits. The product tracks habits for sleep promotion and stress management within the PeakPath app, shows weekly trends, and supports ongoing weekly check-ins with a coach. At journey end, progress is reviewed and routines are locked in for sustained performance.
Who it’s for: Fortune-500 enterprises, professional services firms (including Big-3/Big-4 scale), private equity-backed companies, sales teams, and other critical human capital teams such as software engineering and R&D.
