Oto is a digital program that connects tinnitus patients with audiologists and provides a structured care plan. It combines in-clinic evaluation with an app-based daily routine of CBT, sound therapy, and relaxation to support ongoing management.
The product pairs professional evaluation and a personalized care plan created by an audiologist with daily in-app exercises (CBT-based, sound therapy, relaxation) for about 10 minutes per day. The program enables remote progress monitoring by providers and adjusts the plan over time, with access to a network of 250+ US providers and in-app integration of professional care with home-based activities.
