Novoflow provides AI-driven employees that automate healthcare operations for clinics, operating on top of existing EHR systems to improve workflows and reduce manual tasks. The product aims to close gaps between scheduled and seen patients and support scheduling, follow-ups, and communication.

An async-first AI assistant layer that integrates with any EHR (EHR-agnostic) to pull appointment data, match patients to care actions, and automate communications (calls, SMS) and follow-ups. It sits on top of the clinic’s current EHR (including Epic, Athena, eCW, NextGen, Cerner, etc.), and handles tasks such as cancelations, no-shows, reschedules, reminders, and lab follow-ups, with a 30-day paid pilot and a full refund if ROI is not met.
