Million develops a VSCode extension and linting tool that identifies slow React code and suggests fixes, currently focusing on unnecessary re-renders. They plan to open-source the Million Lint compiler and VSCode extension (MIT) and offer a subscription for customized linting to improve web performance from frontend to backend.
