Autonomous medical care
Legion Health is building autonomous medical care, starting with psychiatry. Our AI-native care-delivery platform currently automates 95% of the administrative work required for us to deliver direct patient care. We also became the first company ever to receive regulatory authorization to let AI prescribe psychiatric medications, allowing us to not only collapse health care’s admin costs but also its clinical labor costs—entirely shifting this industry’s economics from humans to tokens.
Legion Health provides telepsychiatry in Texas with insurance coverage, offering same-week access and online medication management for common mental health conditions. They emphasize board-certified providers, integrated prescriptions, and a patient-centered, insurance-friendly path to care.
Patients complete an online intake, are matched with a board-certified provider who accepts their insurance, and join telehealth visits from home. The model includes virtual psychiatric consultations, medication management, and electronic prescriptions sent to a pharmacy. The platform supports ongoing follow-ups, flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends), and transparent pricing for self-pay patients.
Who it’s for: Individuals seeking psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, panic disorder and related conditions, who prefer telehealth and have insurance.

We use AI and accept insurance so our psychiatric providers can take better care of more patients.
Legion Health builds a network of psychiatric providers delivering insured, high-quality care using software and AI to reduce administrative costs and enable care at scale. They aim to hire providers directly, accept insurance, and offer rapid access, affordable out-of-pocket costs, and telehealth-enabled care for patients, primarily in Texas.
