Workflow Automation for Construction Finance
inBuild boosts revenue for home builders by automating the thousands of invoices they receive for every project. For example, when a subcontractor sends an invoice for work they completed, inBuild checks the cost against the project budget, handles any approvals, pays the bill, and updates Quickbooks.
inBuild is an AI-powered invoice processing platform that integrates with Procore and QuickBooks to automate construction invoicing, reduce manual data entry, and provide real-time financial updates and collaboration within the workflow.
The product securely syncs Procore data (projects, vendors, budgets, commitments) and uses AI to automatically match incoming invoices to existing data. Approved invoices are pushed back to Procore to update budgets and project finances in real time, and can be exported to QuickBooks Online. It centralizes invoices from emails and field sources into a unified inbox, allows cross-project and commitment assignment, supports real-time alerts and collaborative review, and offers a purpose-built toolkit for accurate assignment, budgeting updates, direct-cost syncing, and seamless Procore invoice creation.
Who itβs for: Construction teams and firms using Procore and/or QuickBooks, ranging from local builders to larger enterprises seeking automated invoicing and financial visibility.
