Heru is a Mexico-based platform that automates taxes for freelancers, professionals, and gig workers, handling declarations, invoicing, and SAT compliance from a mobile and web app. It positions itself as stress-free tax management with automatic calculations, deductions optimization, and monthly declarations.
Users connect their RFC, after which Heru calculates taxes, optimizes deductions, and prepares monthly declarations to be submitted to the SAT. The platform offers invoicing (CFDI 4.0) for clients, document management (receipts, fiscal status, issued/received invoices), and a guided 3-step process: connect RFC, Heru computes taxes, user approves and Heru submits. It includes regimes like RESICO, platforms digitales, honorarios/actividad empresarial, and provides calculators for various regimes, plus advisor access from their team of tax experts.
