A collaborative repository for user feedback.
Herald helps product and customer teams work together to grow revenue by painting a full picture of user problems. We start by providing the best experience for capturing customer feedback from the most relevant apps: Intercom, Front, Email, Slack, and more. Then, Herald's robust analytical engine helps you rigorously qualify and quantify customer feedback according to your business goals. Herald molds to the way your team works: it can be used exclusively as an internal tool, in semi-private mode to share a history of their feedback with specific customers, or publicly by publishing a product roadmap and changelog.
Herald is presented as a collaborative repository for user feedback. It emphasizes collective input collection and sharing among users.
A centralized platform where users can contribute, discuss, and organize feedback. The product enables collaboration on ideas and inputs from multiple stakeholders, consolidating suggestions in a shared repository accessible to participants.
Who itβs for: Teams or communities seeking to gather and curate feedback from users, customers, or collaborators; product managers and startup teams looking to centralize input for decision making.
<3 all things frontend/design. Started out in journalism, reporting and interviewing. Then transitioned to software where I continued interviewing, albeit with a different end in mind.
