Modern OS for the financial back office.
Greenboard is building a singular, AI-powered platform to handle management of the entirety of financial firms’ compliance programs, and eventually all back office processes. Today, financial institutions use Greenboard to detect risk using AI and to rip out and replace the bad legacy back office tooling they have wanted to get rid of for years. Greenboard's mission is to enable financial institutions to operate their back office teams at a higher standard, with half of the headcount. We’re starting with compliance
Greenboard is a unified, AI-native compliance platform designed for SEC and FINRA requirements, enabling financial firms to run their entire compliance program from a single system. It connects multiple compliance workflows (archive, employee, marketing, firm, and third-party compliance) and emphasizes automation and enterprise-grade security. The product aims to reduce manual effort, improve auditability, and consolidate tools for regulated financial institutions.
Greenboard provides a single platform that unifies archiving, firm compliance, employee compliance, marketing compliance, and third-party compliance into one system with unified tasks and records. It features AI-native automation embedded in workflows (GreenboardGo) to automate compliance processes, a WORM-based, 17a-4 compliant architecture for out-of-the-box exam readiness, and enterprise-grade security and privacy (SOC 2 Type II). The system emphasizes ease of use, reducing friction, faster marketing reviews, and scalable supervision and oversight across regulated financial services environments.
