Emi automates the full operational recruitment cycle from candidate discovery to file completion. It uses generative AI conversations via WhatsApp, Messenger, and SMS to engage candidates, prefilters, coordinates, and finalizes hires. The platform connects all sources (store QR codes, job boards, social networks, referrals, internal databases), enables automatic re-engagement of known candidates, and runs AI-driven autonomous agents for screening and validation across conversations. It supports 24/7 AI agent availability, scales to handle thousands of candidates, and reports metrics such as time-to-hire reduction and coverage rates.
