DimOrder - Restaurant POS system for Southeast Asia Founded in 2019, DimOrder is a Hong Kong-based technology company transforming the F&B industry. In addition to online payments, we allow restaurants to market to their customers, order food from their suppliers, and receive short term loans. DimPOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and self-ordering system for restaurants in Hong Kong and across Asia, offering self-service ordering, a connected delivery platform, and back-end management to increase sales, guest reach, and efficiency. It emphasizes QR code ordering, image-rich menus, order management, and data analytics to boost rev and table turnover, with integration to DimOrder delivery across Hong Kong regions.
DimPOS is a cloud POS with a self-service ordering UI that allows customers to place orders via tablets or QR codes, includes images and add-on options, stores favorite items, and links to DimOrder delivery for cross-region features. It connects front-end ordering with a back-end dashboard for order management, profitability reports, inventory control, and real-time store information. The DimOrder app enables automatic integration with Hong Kong-wide delivery, and DimPOS provides QR-based pre-ordering during waiting times to improve table turnover and service quality.
