In 2015, I became a door-to-door salesperson. Going outside, be it sunny or rainy, I realised how much opportunity was needed for talented people who worked in the front-lines. Before that, I had launched products for the unbanked population in the Americas. After that, I joined Uber Eats to launch it in Brazil, leaving the company as a GM. Most recently, I worked for Loft, a prop tech startup in Brazil, to lead it's the apartment acquisition area in addition to support and BPO.
I've spent the last 5 years building CloudHumans from the ground up with my cofounders β a company on a mission to reinvent how businesses scale customer support through AI. I cut my teeth scaling some of the most iconic marketplace companies in Latin America. At Rappi Brazil, I led complex operations at breakneck speed as the head of operations for Brazil. Before that, I launched UberEats in Brazil and drove its operations expansion across 30 cities, growing the business 9X
