Video AI to automatically detect and respond to production line…
Cerrion helps manufacturers automatically detect, understand and eliminate problems on their production lines using video-based Computer Vision. Our AI leverages standard CCTV cameras and learns how a manufacturing process looks like when things are going well and can automatically detect and track problems in real-time. For example, one of our customers, a Pepsi supplier producing 500 bottles per minute now automatically detects and reacts to a fallen bottle before it starts blocking their production line.
Cerrion provides an enterprise-grade platform that deploys Video AI Agents for manufacturing to identify and respond to issues in real-time, aiming to minimize safety risks and maximize yield. The system plugs into existing or Cerrion-provided cameras and offers industry-specific AI agents with out-of-the-box triggers and automated actions. The goal is rapid deployment, reduced downtime, and measurable ROI across manufacturing processes.
The platform integrates with customer cameras (existing or Cerrion-provided) to monitor production in real-time. It offers pre-built, industry-specific AI Agents that detect issues using visual triggers, with regions of interest defined per camera. Users can pick pre-trained triggers or create their own, define actions and escalation procedures, and enable fully closed-loop interventions. The solution emphasizes fast deployment (days rather than months), root-cause analysis, and automated responses to incidents across process control, quality control, safety, and OEE tracking.
Who it’s for: Manufacturers and production facilities seeking to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance safety through AI-powered monitoring and automated interventions.

Cerrion helps manufacturers automatically detect problems on their production lines using Computer Vision.
Cerrion provides a plug-and-play computer vision system that automatically monitors manufacturing lines to detect deviations in real time, helping production teams identify when, where, and why losses occur and enabling faster root-cause analysis. The product targets manufacturing operations and aims to reduce the need for constant human monitoring by highlighting subtle issues early.
