The dynamic single-cell analysis company
At CellChorus, we apply artificial intelligence to evaluate thousands of microscopy videos in parallel to evaluate how immune cells move, interact and perform over time. This allows our customers to discover, develop, manufacture and deliver cell therapies, antibodies, vaccines and other novel therapies faster, at lower expense, and with higher rates of success. Our customers include top-25 biopharma companies and seed-stage biotechs that are developing cell therapies, antibody therapeutics and vaccines (including one of the few companies with an approved CAR T cell therapy). CellChorus is a dynamic single-cell analysis company that uses TIMING, a time-lapse imaging platform, to evaluate thousands of individual cells' behavior and interactions in high-throughput, single-cell resolution. It applies neural network-based detection to assess migration, interactions, cytotoxicity, survival and biomolecule secretion, enabling linking functional profiling with multi-omic analyses.
TIMING uses Time-lapse Imaging Microscopy in Nanowell Grids to visually track and quantify how cells move, activate, interact, kill and survive under varied environmental conditions. The platform analyzes thousands of individual cell-cell interactions in parallel, applying AI-based detection to characterize migration, contact dynamics and cell death. It supports integration with downstream analyses such as single-cell RNA sequencing and flow cytometry to retrieve and link cells of interest with multi-omic data, enabling high-throughput, single-cell functional profiling and phenotype understanding.
Who itβs for: Researchers and developers in immunology and cell biology, including teams working on NK cells, CAR-T cells, monoclonal antibodies, SARS-CoV-2-specific T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, who need high-throughput, single-cell functional profiling and linkage to multi-omic data.
Daniel Meyer is the CEO of CellChorus, the leader in providing dynamic single-cell functional analysis to the life sciences industry. Dan was the Chief Operating Officer and a board member of Genospace until its acquisition by HCA Healthcare (NYSE:HCA). He was a member of the venture capital investment teams at Arboretum Ventures and PJC.vc. Dan holds a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
