Cloud AI microscopy automation
Biodock's cloud platform accelerates microscopy analysis, automating months of microscopy analysis and infrastructure to minutes with our end-to-end AI architecture. Scientists enjoy auto-scaling storage, GPU compute, and 30-50% more accurate analysis. We're building an amazing experience to translate microscopy images to therapeutic insights for academic and enterprise scientists.
Biodock provides an end-to-end AI-powered platform for biological image analysis, enabling users to train models from their images with no-code, run analyses at scale, and interpret results through interactive dashboards and metrics. It emphasizes fast, scalable, and collaborative workflows for scientists across image modalities and channels.
Users upload or connect images from cloud storage, label and train AI models using AI-assisted labeling and interactive tools, then run trained AI modules with a single click on distributed compute clusters. The platform automates image analysis, provides object-level metrics (area, position, orientation, intensity, etc.), offers customizable metrics and visualizations, supports multi-channel images (up to 100 channels), and enables parallel job execution with results accessible in a dashboard. It includes an image filesystem, a deep AI dashboard, a results dashboard, and easy collaboration with one-click sharing and data export.
Who itβs for: Biotech and life sciences researchers, lab scientists, image analysis teams, and R&D groups in pharmaceutical/biotech companies and academic institutions seeking cloud-based automated image analysis.
Customers: Brad Lang, PhD VP of Research, Convelo Therapeutics, Ivan Pushkarsky, PhD CEO, Forcyte Biotechnologies
Mention of SOC2 Type II certification, annual penetration tests, enterprise-grade security, customer logos and testimonials, and ongoing product walkthroughs/demos indicate traction and established enterprise-facing stage.
I have a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the Stanford University Department of Biology. My research focus was on stem cell biology and embryo development. I have experienced firsthand the problem we are solving with Biodock while doing my Ph.D. Previously, I also co-founded a med-tech company SmartLens but decided to focus on my Ph.D. I am also a history nerd and love visiting historical places.
