Claims are 75% of every dollar in the $1T insurance industry -- and one of the most under-optimized areas, still managed by adjusters working hundreds of files by hand. We're changing this with AI claims review agents, already deployed at some of the major P&C carriers. In the future, claims will be powered by an intelligence layer that manages files and escalates actions to human adjusters. Adaptional is building the AI system that will be the foundation for every claims department across P&C insurance.
Adaptional is an AI-powered platform for continuous claims review that audits every insurance claim against defined scorecards to identify compliance gaps, leakage, and reserve issues in real time. It connects to claims systems, ingests files and documents, and surfaces issues as they occur to enable faster, more comprehensive QA.
Connects to claims data feeds from Guidewire, Duck Creek, or any system and ingests files, notes, and documents. Users define audit guidelines and a scorecard across six dimensions (Compliance, Coverage, Leakage, Service Quality, Subrogation, Reserves). The system continuously evaluates every claim in real time, surfaces issues as they appear, and can send alerts to managers for open files. It enables automated audits with no integration project required, and supports targeted workflows to fix issues while files are open.
