Privacy Policy

This explains what PlatoSeed collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we store
- Account — your email (and name/avatar if you sign in with Google) to authenticate you.
- Profile & activity — the profile text you write, your generated ideas, searches, matches and follows, so the product works and remembers your results.
- Usage counters — to enforce fair-use credit limits.
- Anonymous idea checks — for the free no-login check, we store a salted hash of your IP (never the raw IP) to allow one free check per network, plus the query and results.
Third parties
We send your queries/profile text to OpenAI (and/or Anthropic) to generate matches, ideas and analysis; use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection; and run on hosting/database infrastructure. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing links
Links you create (matches, deep searches, idea checks) contain an unguessable token and are set to noindex; anyone with the link can view those results until you stop sharing.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, generated content and matches.
