Automates admin for aircraft mechanics
Zymbly AI acts as an AI copiloto for aircraft maintenance, handling admin tasks such as troubleshooting, parts lookup, and documentation so technicians can focus on maintenance. It connects to manuals, maintenance systems, local procedures, and inventory to surface the right information quickly. The platform emphasizes enterprise-grade security, auditability, and regulatory alignment within aviation.
Zymbly integrates data sources (manuals, maintenance systems, local procedures, inventory, and more) through a data ingest layer, then uses an intelligent decision layer to surface actionable information. It analyzes past work orders and manuals to guide technicians, supports parts lookup, drafts action notes, and documents findings. Actions and results are presented via a technician-facing interface, with human sign-off required for every action and immutable audit logs. The system emphasizes aviation-grade security, data sovereignty, regulatory alignment (CAA, FAA, EASA), and a transparent data-use model.
Who itβs for: Aviation maintenance organizations operating under strict regulatory regimes (Part 145, CAME standards) seeking to reduce maintenance downtime and improve documentation quality.
