Todos Comemos positions itself as an integrated sales and logistics partner for pre-made food manufacturers in LATAM, offering a one-stop solution to scale across multiple channels and provide end-to-end distribution and logistics. It emphasizes being an in-house distributor and partner that enables exponential growth through a vertically integrated highway model.
The product is an end-to-end, vertically integrated sales, logistics, and trade marketing platform for food producers. It includes: (1) an end-to-end ERP-like system, (2) cold-chain logistics with fulfillment and micro-fulfillment centers, (3) real-time cost calculator, (4) dedicated logistics coordinator, (5) sell-in management and trade marketing for multiple channels (sales channels include fast delivery companies, convenience stores, pharmacies, retailers, dark stores, D2C, and Foody Market), (6) invoicing and inventory management, and (7) in-house distribution capability acting as an in-house partner to producers. The model charges a 12% toll on the highway (i.e., a percentage-based fee for using their integrated service).
