SmartHelio provides a software that helps solar utilities automatically predict and prevent downtime disruptions. We help solar utilities to generate extra $200k per plant income on $10k spent using our software, by preventing 700 faults per year. We have a platform which reads live data (current, voltage, weather parameters) from a solar plant, runs algorithms to decouple various factors for the underperformance and provides recommendations to fix it. This data is 100% available for the large scale solar in the world just using software (e.g. APIs). SmartHelio provides software to enhance solar asset performance through AI-driven analytics, predictive automation, and an autonomous AI operation center called GAIA. The platform integrates with existing solar plant data, runs diagnostics, and prioritizes actions to reduce downtime and improve efficiency for portfolio operators and developers.
Autopilot is the core platform that centralizes data and runs performance models, diagnostics, predictions, and automation for solar and storage operations. GAIA is an autonomous AI operation center that analyzes portfolios, automates ticketing and reporting, and prioritizes actions within existing workflows. GAIA Lens acts as an AI agent on the monitoring system, and the GAIA framework integrates via API with SCADA and inverter brands without extra hardware. The Fast Diagnostic Tool provides a 10-second health check by uploading AC data to identify faults and inefficiencies. The solution is software-based, designed to be compatible with diverse plant configurations and legacy systems, and emphasizes a physics-first, transparent AI approach with human oversight.
