Forward customer order emails or upload PDFs/Excel files; Response drafts an ERP-ready order with correct SKUs, customer tagging, and pricing checks; reviewers approve with one click while automatically flagging discrepancies; upon approval, the system hands off to ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, or exports a clean CSV. The workflow supports multiple formats, inline validation, and mobile approval, providing a centralized view of pending, approved, and sent orders.
