Software to accelerate construction by finding issues in 3D BIM
At Resolve we’re accelerating construction to build as fast as the future demands. Construction projects are all slowed down by rework that arises after humans spot issues in real life that slipped through all the hours of design reviews and coordination. Resolve enables construction teams to detect these issues in 3D BIM as early as possible so that we can close the gap between design and reality. By combining realtime collaboration in the web, immersive VR reviews, and AI-driven spatial navigation into the most easy to use platform for BIM reviews, Resolve empowers construction teams to identify risks earlier, coordinate faster, and deliver higher-quality assets across mission-critical infrastructure. Resolve has been used to deliver over 6GW of data center capacity and on projects across pharma, water treatment, healthcare, and other critical assets.
Resolve provides a 3D BIM collaboration platform that enables immersive VR, web, and iPad access to BIM models, with built-in issue tracking, AI spatial search, and integrations to ACC, Procore, Revizto, and more. It aims to help construction teams identify risks earlier and accelerate delivery on complex projects.
Resolve turns BIM into an accessible tool by enabling web, iPad, and VR access to large BIM models, with features for immersive collaboration, issue review and tracking, AI spatial assist to locate equipment and navigate spaces, large file support, live presence, and integrations with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Revizto, and other workflows. Users can open a model via a link, review in VR, track issues through to resolution, and generate reports across a portfolio with configurable issue categories and presets.
Who it’s for: Construction teams handling large-scale BIM projects, including data center, healthcare, semiconductors, and mission-critical facilities, that need early risk detection and faster decision-making.
Active traction with hundreds of users worldwide, case studies citing multi-gigawatt-scale projects and measurable time savings; multiple enterprise integrations and ongoing product updates indicate ongoing growth and adoption.
