Particularly, ensures that the user has not tampered with the data that was displayed by the website. The verification is done using zero knowledge proofs using an open sourced library!
Reclaim Protocol provides cryptographic, zero-knowledge proof based verification for education, employment, travel loyalty status and identity. It verifies facts directly from issuing sources (universities, employers, airlines) without exposing user data or requiring document uploads, enabling privacy-preserving, fraud-resistant verification at scale.
The product enables verification by authenticating a user to the source (university, employer, airline, etc.), extracting only the necessary fact, generating a zero-knowledge cryptographic proof on-device, and delivering that proof to the verifier. The verifier can then validate the proof without ever seeing the user’s credentials or data. It supports 3 steps: user logs in to the source, only the required field is extracted, and a cryptographic proof is produced. It is accessible via a self-serve API with SDKs, Open source components, and a trust center, with production deployments claimed to require minimal integration and 10 lines of code.
