AB 316 already holds deployers liable. EU AI Act enforces in August. Cyber and E&O insurance are excluding AI claims. Companies shipping agents have zero coverage and no third-party proof their agent is safe. Enterprise legal asks "who pays if your agent breaks something?" and there's no good answer. Klaimee offers liability insurance, certification, and a financial guarantee for autonomous AI agents. It provides risk evaluation, certification, and cover for both third-party and first-party damages when AI agents act autonomously.
Klaimee conducts a structured risk evaluation of an AI agent across eight dimensions, issues a certification report, and backs certified agents with a financial guarantee plus AI liability insurance. The product includes a certification package with risk score, evaluation findings, remediation recommendations, a Klaimee Certified badge, and enterprise-proof documentation, plus ongoing access to an adversarial testing playground for stress-testing the agent after deployment.
