E-signatures with identity verification for Latin America
Keynua is an E-sign platform that uses short video signatures which serve both to approve specific documents and provide the visual identity of the signatory, which is then confirmed using official records and social network profiles. All transactions are "notarized" on the Blockchain. Keynua stores encrypted versions of the identities of all signatories so that users may reuse them with other companies affiliated to the Keynua platform.
Keynua provides electronic signatures with identity validation, offering multiple signature types and verification features designed to improve conversions and legal security. The product emphasizes versatility, biometrics, and flow design accessible via various channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Keynua offers electronic signatures with options such as video signature, drawn signature, OTP, digital signature, and identification features (video, selfie, 3D, self-identification). It supports identity validation, biometrics, proof of life, and geopositioning, delivered through an integrated platform with flexible flow design. The system is accessible through channels like WhatsApp, SMS, or email, and includes capabilities for role control and various use cases (mortgage lending, consumer lending, HR contracts, commercial contracts).
