Heyfood is building the “Doordash for Africa”. But unlike Doordash in America, we make a profit on every single delivery, from day 1. We are targeting Millennials and Gen Z urban professionals in Africa’s top 70 cities, withing 10 years there will be 140m number of these people, we assume they will want to order food once a week, we make $1 per delivery, this represents a $51B market.
Heyfood positions itself as a regional food delivery service for Africa, positioning as a local equivalent to DoorDash. It focuses on delivering meals from users' favorite restaurants through a mobile app.

Taiwo Akinropo is the Founder and CEO of Heyfood. Studied Computer Science. Launched a social discovery platform for students while in College, Taiwo has worked on a mobile payment solution for merchants in the past.
Demilade is a Co-Founder and CTO of Heyfood. Before starting Heyfood he worked as a software/platform engineer for a few top tech companies in Nigeria including Carbon and Fairmoney.
