User research on autopilot.
Great Question puts customer research on autopilot - from recruiting participants, scheduling interviews, sending surveys or prototype tests - and sharing what you learn with your team. Companies like Adidas Runtastic, O'Reilly Media & MainStreet use us to put their customers at the center of their product, design & marketing decisions.
Great Question is a UX research software platform designed to streamline recruitment, study setup, and analysis, enabling teams to conduct user research at scale and synthesize insights with AI assistance.
The platform enables external recruitment from a large participant pool, panel management with filters and eligibility rules, scheduling of interviews (1:1, collective, or round-robin), automatic incentives payment, and execution of various research methods (surveys, interviews, card sorting, tree testing, prototype testing, etc.). It includes a research calendar, protocol templates, a research repository, AI-assisted synthesis and insights, highlight reels for sharing, observer rooms for live sessions, and new AI-moderated interviews. Projects can be run directly from integration points (Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT) and results are organized in a centralized repository with methods to publish findings and share results across teams.
Hiring/traction mentions and customer stories; active product features and beta AI moderated interviews indicate ongoing development and market traction
