AI RCM. A/R Analysis in 3 days or less. Reduce claim denials by 55%.
At Ember, we're tackling one of healthcare's most costly and overlooked challenges: the massive inefficiency in clinical documentation and revenue cycle management. Medical practices lose billions annually due to incomplete documentation, missed billing opportunities, and denied claims - issues that stem from antiquated systems that force clinicians to choose between patient care and paperwork. We combine ambient listening technology with deep understanding of medical billing requirements to eliminate the administrative burden that plagues healthcare providers.
Ember AI provides revenue cycle automation for healthcare, using AI-powered coding recommendations, prior authorization, denial prevention, and claim submission to reduce denials and accelerate payments. The platform integrates with major EHR/PMS and payer systems and is oriented toward delivering ROI within weeks through copilot-enabled workflows.
Ember AI connects with EHRs, PMS, and payer portals to automate pre-billing and post-billing tasks. Key capabilities include automated coding recommendations, eligibility checks, claim scrubbing, automated prior authorization with real-time documentation, denial prevention and appeals, and AI-driven copilot workflows embedded into existing systems. The rollout consists of pilot deployment with NDA/BAA, integration into daily operations, and scaling across use cases and departments while maintaining HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST alignment.
Who it’s for: Health systems, MSOs, health plans and organizations seeking to reduce denials and accelerate cash flow through automated revenue cycle processes.
