CodeNOW provides a governed execution layer for AI-powered software delivery, enabling auditable, stoppable, and structurally controlled deployment across SDLCs. It aims to let AI agents and human actors operate within a single governance model that logs, attributes, and enforces policies at execution time.

CodeNOW acts as the control plane for software delivery, enforcing governance across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. It constrains actions with self-enforcing policies, logs every action (human or machine), and enforces policy at execution time to prevent ungoverned paths. It supports non-human actors (AI agents) shipping code at machine speed while maintaining auditable, immutable records and unified audit surfaces across the entire delivery surface.
