The product combines corporate physical and virtual cards with per-person, team, or project-level limits; centralized accounts payable including supplier invoices (SII) with approval workflows, scheduling, and multi-bank payments; automated reimbursements with photo or WhatsApp capture and automatic categorization; and real-time dashboards with spend breakdowns by team, project, and category. It also offers ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Defontana, Nubox) and the ability to export expenses, invoices, and cost centers to an ERP, enabling month-end close in minutes.
